Chef Carla Lopez- Vidal passion for cooking began early on, inspired by her peruvian inheritance and their love and respect for quality, diversity and tradition. After graduating from the International Culinary Center in Campbell CA, Carla had the opportunity to enlighten her peers about the evolution of Peruvian gastronomy. She introduced ingredients from Peru to the French kitchen, leaving her mark as a new up and coming chef in the culinary industry. Carla also enjoys working with pastry on her spare time and has grown to be exceptional at it. She creates and designs beautiful cakes of all sizes for any occasion.
Chef Kiah Fuller is from San Bernardino, CA. Her grandmother, Shirley Fontenette and her mother, Patricia Fuller, are her biggest inspirations in the kitchen. From a young age, Kiah was for certain what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. She wanted to bring people together around her food. So Kiah went on to study at the International Culinary Center in Campbell, CA. It was there where Kiah refined her culinary skills and became a culinary professional fulfilling her externship at the Plumed Horse, a Michelin Star restaurant in Downtown Saratoga. Which later extended to be a full-time position as a pastry line cook after graduation.
